How does delivery and pickup work?

We deliver clean totes and a tote dolly right to your door during a confirmed 1-hour window. When you're done unpacking, just call or email us and we'll come collect everything — you never need to drop anything off.

What areas do you serve in Texas?

We serve two Texas markets: Granbury and Hood County (including Paluxy, Allison, DeCordova, Lipan, Tolar, and Pecan Plantation), and Southwest Fort Worth including Crowley, Benbrook and Burleson. Select your location when booking and we'll confirm availability for your specific address.

What if I need more than 2 weeks?

No problem! Extensions are billed weekly plus any remaining days: 20 totes $40/week + $10/day, 40 totes $60/week + $12/day, 60 totes $80/week + $15/day. We charge the card on file automatically.

When is my card charged?

Accepted Answer

Your card details are saved securely through Stripe. We only charge after confirming your delivery date and availability. You will receive a call and email confirmation before any charge.

Are the totes clean and sanitized?

Absolutely. Every tote and lid is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with commercial-grade solution between every single rental. We inspect each tote before delivery.

How heavy-duty are the totes?

Our totes are HDX 27-gallon heavy-duty storage bins from Home Depot — the same industrial-strength containers used by professional movers. Each tote holds up to 65 lbs. Snap-tight lids require zero tape, the recessed lid design allows easy stacking, and they're fully waterproof.

What are the dimensions of the totes?

Each tote is a 27-gallon HDX bin measuring approximately 20.6\" L × 16.4\" W × 14.9\" H (exterior). That's large enough for books, kitchen items, clothes, linens, and most household goods — while still being easy to carry and stack. The uniform size makes loading a moving truck or van much faster and more efficient than mismatched cardboard boxes.

Can I add more totes after booking?

Yes! If you realize mid-move you need more totes, just call us. We'll swap you up to the next package size and charge the difference to your card on file.

Question 9

What happens if a tote is damaged?

Accepted Answer

Normal wear & tear is understandable. For significant damage we charge a simple replacement fee: $15/tote, $40/dolly. We document everything at pickup so there are no surprises.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

We try our best for urgent moves! Same-day delivery depends on availability. Book as early as possible and call or text us directly if you need a rush.

Question 11

Is Texas sales tax included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Texas sales tax of ~8.25% (6.25% state + local) is added to your total at checkout in accordance with Texas Comptroller requirements. This is clearly displayed before payment.
